King County Fire District No. 37 has a vacancy in Commissioner Position #2. The vacancy will be filled by appointment with term lasting through certification of the November 2023 General Election. The position is scheduled for election in the November 2025 General Election.
The KCFD #37 Board of Commissioners consists of three (3) members. Commissioners act as the board of directors for the fire district, as well as voting members of the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority Governance Board. Applicants must be a registered voter residing within the fire district. If you are interested in serving your community as Fire Commissioner, please submit an application form to the district’s secretary no later than 5:00 pm on March 6, 2023.
