Facilities and Property Management
The Facilities and Property Management Division is professionally committed to support the greater Puget Sound Fire community by maintaining facilities and infrastructure with integrity.
The Facilities and Property Management Division is responsible for maintaining sixteen fire stations and several support buildings totaling approximately 285,000 square feet of building space. To complete this, we have implemented an aggressive preventative maintenance program to lengthen the life expectancy of the equipment and reduce costly repairs. This approach also reduces out of service time for critical systems that would lengthen response times and/or affect the health and wellness of firefighters and staff members.
