Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC)

The Kent Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) hosts annual meetings and drills. The LEPC also collects Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting (Tier Two) information and forms. For additional information on LEPC, please contact Puget Sound Fire Emergency Management at (253) 856-4440.

Department of Ecology Tier Two Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting
(Due annually by March 1)

Tier Two is an annual report of hazardous chemicals and extremely hazardous substances (EHS). It is part of Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting, one of the key reports required under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Reports are due March 1 every year.
