Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP)

The City of Kent Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan is a product of a coordinated planning between the City of Kent and the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority. This plan meets the requirements of RCW Chapter 38.52, of the Washington State Emergency Management Guide, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s guidelines.
