Human Resources is overseen by the Human Resource Director and is comprised of Human Resource Specialists, a Human Resource Coordinator, an Executive Assistant, a Payroll & Compliance Analyst, and Administrative Assistants.
Puget Sound Fire employs a total of 350 employees – 271 uniformed personnel including nurses and mechanics, and 79 non-uniform support personnel. The Human Resource team facilitates a supportive work environment with Puget Sound Fire’s mission, vision, core values and culture.
