Human Resources is comprised of a Human Resource Manager, (2) Human Resource Specialists, (1) Records Specialist, (1) Admin II, and (1) Receptionist.
Puget Sound Fire employs a total of 326 employees – 258 uniformed personnel, 7 nurses, 16 mechanics, and 45 non-uniform support personnel. The Human Resource team facilitates a supportive work environment with the Regional Fire Authority’s mission, vision, core values and culture. We are committed to implementing effective Human Resource programs and to be knowledgeable and helpful to those seeking assistance in making Puget Sound Fire a positive and efficient work environment.
