The Governance Board is comprised of three Kent City Council members, three Tukwila City Council members, three King County Fire District #37 Commissioners, and one non-voting Advisory Board Member each from the City of Covington, the City of SeaTac, the City of Maple Valley, and King County Fire District #43.
